The first planet I didn't pay much attention to what type of Districts became available. The last 4 planets I was specifically hoping to get extra Mining Districts. I did not get a single extra Mining District on any of these planets. I used Mastery Of Nature (TM) once. Don't want to brag but I had a 19 tiles capital planet, it added 1 tile so I entered into king size capital planet club which is good. Then I thought that adding 2 tiles to 17 tile friend's planet would be good as well, but no it added 1 tile. Adding 3 tiles to 15 tile planet sounds amazing, but no, still 1 tile.
